Renee curates high-end vintage westernwear. She restores western hats with a focus on Stetson and Resistol. Her collection of vintage jewelry with a focus on authentic vintage Native American pieces is highly emphasized in her set ups and stores. With a background in metalsmithing and sculpture she also upcycles. Currently her collection includes vintage fur handbags, belt bags and satchels. She also procures navajo churro sheepskins from nose tail farmers and uses them on some of her bags.The scraps from her bags are used to make one off leatherwear for women, including deerskin bikinis, elk, skin bikinis, and bikinis made from vintage furs. Rene currently resides in Bastrop Texas and has her at Soulstruck in La Grange, and is currently working on a storefront in East Austin, Texas with more to come!
